mpfreaker... for windows?

alright I know this is mac forums and all, but I keep my media on a PC (at the moment, hopefully will sometime "upgrade" to a mini or imac, and if imace also upgrade the TV with a eyeTV, off topic so anyway). Does anyone know of a windows program that has the same or comparable capabilities as mpfreaker?
