So an email turns up in my inbox... from Microsoft. I'm not a Microsoft customer, so why should they email me?

Well. I've won! I don't know what I've won, or why, or even how... but I have... so I must submit a lot of personal information to a yahoo address :Angry-Tongue:

Most people would ignore this; a few might email the address and swear at the guy for being a complete.... well, you know.

I decided that if this guy is using Microsoft's name and claiming to represent them, then Microsoft's legal department might like to know about it. So I give them a call.

"Oh, that one" "Yeah, it turns up every now and then; a template used by different people with different address's" "What address have they told you to contact?" "I'll add it to the list; we're working on taking these guys down" "Thanks for your call"

:D

I don't know if they where just fobbing me off, or if they really are working on it, but I love to think this guy is gonna end up in a very bad place :D

There needs to be a unified movement against these people. There should be a nasty virus developed that you can send them and just say your personal information is in an attachment. Soon after they open the attachment, their computer shuts down and their mobo is fried. That would keep them from sending that junk around for a while.

What a great idea!
