Sounds like their law suit is aimed at the wrong party. I think the dispute is more with Universal than with Apple. I guess it grabs more headlines when you mention Apple.

This happened before and they settled. I think Mr "Em" and his career may be sagging so the publicity may come in handy.

No, it just seemed logical. The part about the previous suit was in the news article I read earlier.
