changing garageband wav files to mp3 for myspace

hiya

jsut created some new tracks on garageband and it saves as a wav file... wondering how I could change it to mp3 so that I could put them on myspace can I do this in itunes as i belive ive done it before but i cant remeber how ive done it

convert in iTunes by selecting the song then going to Advanced > Convert selection to MP3.

Its possible that it might say Convert selection to AAC. If it does go to the preferences panel and go to

Advanced > Importing > Import using drop down menu > mp3

I prefer to use the freeware program SWITCH. It is a simle, effective, to the point program that converts between many audio formats.
