I'm looking for this adapter (DVI to S-Video) DVI needs to be male and S-Video Female. I've looked all over the internet for this, can't find it. Can it be done?

-Thanks in advance.

You mean like this one?

Or this one - which connects directly to your MacBook and then allows you to connect either s-video or composite cables from it to your TV.

Not quite. I'm actually looking for something that isn't for a mac. Just regular DVI to regular S-Video. Unless that first link will fit in a regular DVI that is exactly what I need.
