No I am not going to scam someone.

For class (Young Adult Lit) I have to make a list of what would be on a charatcher's blackberry/ipod/laptop/iphone so I thought I'd be clever and print out the folding one and put my list on the screen.

Can anyone help me out? I searched and found pictures of one, but no instructions or templates or anything to cut and fold =(
