I know that the manually manage your files option is not available on the iPhone.

I have an iPod mini and nano and always use that option to move my files around in iTunes on XP. Now that option is gone from the iPhone, I can't figure out how to move a video file to it!

I created a new playlist and moved the quicktime MP4 file into it, but when I sync it w/ the iPhone, it doesn't show up. I can move MP3 files into the playlist and those works fine.

I must be missing something obvious here... help!

Just highlight the iPhone in iTunes, click the video tab on the iPhone info screen, then simply check which videos you want to sync. It's actually easier than dragging in manual mode if you ask me.

Um, the "Manually Manage Music and Video" option certainly is available on the iPhone, it's what I've been using for over a year now.
