got my macbook now an ?

okay so right now i have it pluged into the magasafe thing but i have no idea what the other cord is for. ac plug please explain to me haahaha thanks

if you are talking about the 3 prong cord all that is is an extension with a ground. if you notice pull up vertically on the part that plugs into the wall and it will come off... you can then slide on the other one. It just gives you a little more length and obviously a ground, though I'm not big on electrical stuff so I'm not sure if the ground helps anything at all.

the ground does help, so when you use that cord be sure you connect it to a three-holes connection; so the ground helps, you can also use the adapter to the conect the ground-ed connectors into two-holes connections.
