The media has been up in arms, about an illegal immigrant whom is the wife of a MIA/KIA Iraq is getting deported. This is my take on the issue.

Question: Missing in action and killed in action (Iraq) are not the same? he could be alive? or he could be dead he can't be both when there is doubt.
Was the wife from Iraq?
Illegal immigrant, don't they deport them when found no mater what the circumstances?

But here is a page used to describe deportable offenses. To me it looks like a coloring book for up-and-coming criminals. lol
