Apple most certainly won't be doing this, nor using that ridiculous slogan. I'm hoping this was an attempt at a joke on your part.

I find the smilies on here to be pretty unrecognisable in many cases. Perhaps I'm dense.

Either way, not the most impressive attempt at humour I've seen in my life. ;)

It's about time Apple changed their logo. It was so unknown up until now. They want to renew their company image thanks to the boom of the iPod.

as if microsoft took another bite out of apple so apple lost market share. horrible...

Well, here's a hint as to whether it's real or not. The old logo was asymmetrical, this one is symmetrical...
