The Weather Dashboard Widget is... not very accurate

Well, they get the data from the national centers. Somewhere something is not updating correctly. Also keep in mind that while you may put in your zip code or city, the nearest center may not be very close to you.

I always like it when I look at mine at 9PM and it shows it as being bright and sunny!

Go to weatherbug.com and get the weatherbug widget. I use that and it is very accurate. Weatherbug is the best source for local weather IMHO.
