Deja vu backup help

I recently downloaded the backup program Deja Vu. It worked fine the first couple of days doing daily backups, but now its doesnt seem to be backing up my files correctly. One example is my iTunes folder, I have it set up for a daily backup to my external hard drive. But last night and today when I checked to see if the new episodes I bought were backed up, they werent. I even Tried manual backup but I still didnt see the episodes I just bought. I also tried just having my "TV Shows" folder backed up for itunes but it still didnt work? Does anyone have an suggestions?

Does this only happen to your iTunes-bought videos?
