I have heard of that one and similar devices in their pre-market phase, but never read a user review or seen one in real life. I used an old version for virtual reality but that was around 10 or 12 years ago and the helmet (yes, it was a helmet) used small CRT monitors. The only bad thing about it, besides the weight, was that you would have to let your eyes rest after 15min or so. LCDs are more eye-friendly than CRTs but i would try it before buying it.

Try searching Gizmodo or Engadget, they must have more links/information about it.
