That joke was done on the Now show last week, on BBC Radio 4, but the instructions were from Chicago to London. The funniest part was swimming from New York to France... I mean, after 3,000 miles of swimming, hoping to land in England, finding yourself in France would be annoying.

It's hilarious google does this though... :spook:

I'd be funnier if they gave directions to the airport, then a flight number, and then directions from the other airport.

How to get from NYC to Dublin. Forget the plane and boat. Swim! It'll only take 29 days.

Direction # 23: Swim across the Atlantic Ocean: 3,462 mi

It's so funny you bring that up! Today in my Innovating Creations class, a group was discussing Google and all the innovations the company has come up with along with the Google Plex.

They showed us pages like set.google.com, patent.google.com and Google maps. Well with each page she speed through some information to show how it worked. Amazingly, she put in directions for New York, NY to Paris, France and pointed out the exact same thing!!

Crazyiness....
