what software comes with the imac's?

i'm buying an imac next monday but i'm a bit baffled as to what software comes preloaded onto the mac. does it have writing programmes etc. you know the basics or do you have to buy everything?

It comes with trial versions of MS Office and Apple iLife for word processors, and TextEdit for reeeaally basic stuff, plus iLife and a whole crapload of other applications

it comes with iTunes, iPhoto, iDVD, iMovie, Garageband, TextEdit, and trial versions of MS office and Keynote and Pages....the only thing u really need to buy is MS Office, cuz TextEdit it really crappy.
