The popup says you need the RealAudio plugin. If you have RealPlayer, you might have to update it through its preferences. If you don't have it, go to real.com and download the free version (that will install the plugin, as well) by clicking on the blue button on the top right of the page.

I've had problems like that with Real, and fixed it by downloading another installer. Have you checked Safari's preferences under Security, to make sure "Enable plug-ins" is checked?
