Best Icon Creation Software for Mac?

I am looking to get a piece of software to create icons. I used to use Axialis Icon Workshop when I was a Winblows user, which was nice because it interfaced with Photoshop through a pluggin. I am now looking for something comparable for the Mac but need some help. Can anyone let me know what you are using and why? Or just make some recommendations?

I just used PhotoShop and just changed the extension to .ico

Worked OK for the favicon's on my sites.

Iconographer is a good one though.
