switching keyboard language with keyboard buttons

So if I have an english keyboard, but I can switch it at the top of my screen to Norweigan. Is there a keyboard shortcut to this?

System Preferences -> International -> Input Menu -> Keyboard shortcuts

Make sure you have at least two different input sources (languages) checked. Then the box labeled "Keyboard Shortcuts" will become available.

Yeah I've been to the keyboard shortcuts place, but I cant see the shortcut for changing it ..

You set it yourself. Just be sure that the shortcut you choose doesn't belong to another app otherwise there will be conflicts or at least the app won't respond to the usual shortcut 'cause it'll be taken by the system.
