problems with wireless connections..

Hi all I just bought the airport express base station for the house and was able to set it up to go online with the macbook but i have no idea how to now use my desktop since i connected the ethernet wire to the router and disconnected it from the desktop. How am I supposed to set it up so both are able to connect to the internet now?
