Hey guys, just joined the Mac side. love it so far. the iphoto program is really great for organizing photos, unfortunately some of my pics have wrong date stamps on them (not set on camera properly)....just wondering if there is any way to change the date stamp, so my pictures can be organized properly?
thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

Move those pics to the Desktop, open Terminal and do the following:

1. Type into Terminal:
cd /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop
touch 20070101 *.jpg

2. Drag the photos back into iPhoto

The above example uses Jan 1, 2007 and jpg as examples. Obviously, you should change it to meet your needs (different date, png instead of jpg, etc...). There may be an easier way, I'm not sure.

G'day Aaron Wiebe & welcome to Mac-Forum.

In iPhoto you can change the information for 1 photo or several. You can change the Title, Date & Comments info.

This option is found in the menu under Photos.
