slow myspacing

some myspace pages i load on my new black macbook c2d is just soooooo slow! It scrolls extremely choppy. Why is this? I am not experiencing this problem on my PC with much weaker specs. Please help me out. Thank you.

are the tables of the pages your on transparent?

Honestly, I don't think that myspace is that compatible with safari or safari isn't that compatible with myspace, however you want to look at it. Some pages on myspace are just slow. If it is specific pages you are talking about, you can do three things.
1. Deal with it
2. use your pc for it
3. download fire fox and use that as your browser.

well ya, its pages with transparency. and, no fix

i had that problem
and now i use firefox and myspace is perfect

Myspace is far from perfect, but thats just mine, and alot of other peoples opinion.

I also have had this problem, however i just use bebo instead
prefer myspace tho

yeah this problem is most definitely with safari. the first day i fired up my new macbook i couldn't get myspace to even let me log in. after a few minutes i decided to download firefox and give it a shot. no problems since, everything runs perfectly fine.
