lol. that is funny. i was at future shop the other day using one of the laptops there with vista and it froze completly. then crashed. it was sad

I like to read these types of letter - not specifically those that target Mr Gates but any letter of dissatisfaction from a previously [presumed] loyal customer to a company they've just fallen out with.
