Okay when i press the play button on my remote some thing comes up saying theft sensor on then i click it again and it says theft sensor off

Did you install one of the motion sensor programs? Most of those use the remote to activate, and disable them.

i did install ialertu then deleted it because it didnt chirp chirp right

I'm guessing that you didn't get all of its pieces, and its still trying to run.

trpn how do i get it off my computer then and get iAlertU to work properly?

I just took this straight from the readme on theftsensor
How to Uninstall
- In the Finder, remove the following file: /Library/Launchdaemons/com.orbicule.theftsensor.plist
- Restart your Mac
- Choose Go To Folder from the Finder's Go menu
- Enter the following path: /usr/bin
- Remove the TheftSensor.app file

And i have never used iAlertU so I can't help
