"Always on top" app anywhere out there?

Howdy all... I just got my new Pro, and was wondering if there's something out there that can force a window to stay on top of everything else. I've got some work things that I need to have on top at all times, so instead of having to switch over every time my icons start bouncing in my dock I'd like to able to see what's updated right there.

Oh, and is there a way to make the "end" button on my MS keyboard work in firefox?? Man that drives me nuts.
