I read a great interview with Steve Ballmer today - he was going on about how people would really like Vista because it was so easy to use, everything was so well integrated with everything else, it all looked so good...

Makes you think of another OS, doesn't it? :) For some inexplicable reason, the number ten comes to mind... hummmm, can't quite figure out why... :)

Something makes me think that dog won't hunt. Could be several years of dealing with Windows Explorer...

I didn't get it either, unless it is because in XPee the search is symbolized by a dog.

That dog moves about as fast as my 12 year old son when I ask him to take out the garbage.

Meantime, you will have all read that Dell has been forced to start offering XP again - their users more or less rebelled on their user forum and demanded XP back again... Vista is THAT good!! :dive:

When XP came out, they offered win 2000 for the longest time...

It's not like all of their systems are made to run great with it either...I think Dell just made a bad move and it wasn't Vista's fault...
