Movie DVD soundtrack ripping to audio?

Your Mac's Specs
iMac Intel Duo 2.16Ghz, 2Gb RAM, 465.32Gb HDD/80Gb iPod video 5G
I'd like to take a commercial DVD (which boasts an isolated music soundtrack for the main feature) and rip the soundtrack only to my mac, then burning to music CD so that I caould play it in my car stereo.

How do I go about it?

There must be a way!
