I just got the creature II speakers for my birthday, and I set everything up and plugged everything in correctly. The green lights on the bottom of both left and right speakers are on and the Sub is working. The problem is that the left speaker has no sound even though it has a light....

has anyone else had this problem? and if so what did you do to fix it?

Sounds like a replacement would be best.

Try another source such as an MP3 player or anything with a headphoen jack on it. If that works, then it might be a setting on your Mac.

I'd check your Sound options in the System Preferences and see if all of the settings there are okay.

If it doesn't work in either of the above, get a replacement.

I had this problem too and was so confused and then I checked system prefs. THe balanace setting had been adjusted (I don't know how) I put it back to center and everything worked fine.
