Any news on when it is? Does it run as bad as CS 2 on Intels?

I haven't heard anything.
I don't think that Flash or CS2 runs poorly on Intel machines. There is a slight lag in starting up the first time, but once those apps are going they run really well. The only time you are going to notice a continuing lag on an Intel machine with those apps is if you have less than 1 GB of RAM.

I disagree. I've done lots of benchmarks and CS2 on XP runs rings around CS2 on an Intel Mac. Consdering it's under emulation it's good but to a graphics professional it's unacceptable.
