I get error (-1133) with pro-tools le

hi, I bought an Mbox (the old one) and am trying to start pro-tools le 6.4(the one for the mbox)

and I get tis message

"Digidesign hardware is in use by another application. (-1133)"

im running tiger 10.4.8 on an old duall 533 G4


any Ideas?

On digidesign's website it say to download a driver uninstaller thinggy, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem

BTW, it seems Windows XP machines get the same error message...
