Return Policies As Of This Date

Lets say I get my new Mac and for some reason I am unhappy with it. What are my return options if any?

apple.com seems to be a good place to get information on their return policies. No, seriously, sarcasm aside, each product on their website lists their return policy.

I think the standard is 14 days, but don't hold me to it.

Ok I'll check it out. I just asked because I prefer getting feedback from actual buyers versus the Apple website.

you could just call apple direct and ask. 1800-my-apple

Still, the best, most practical advice is to just check with Apple via their phone number or website. After all, you would be returning it to Apple... not another member here. :black:

In short, You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it, minus a restocking fee. If you have a special built to order machine, then they are not returnable or refundable.
