If you downloaded them onto the Mac just double-click to mount them.

If they are downloaded onto a machine other than the Mac just copy the disk image file to a CD and insert the CD into the Mac.

You can burn them as image files. Later when you want to install, just double click on .dmg file(s). This will create a image drives on your desktop. If you browse in to the drive you will find Appname.app file in it. Just drag it to the Application folder. That's about it.
