I have a small suggestion, and it does not bother me so much that I would be heartbroken if it is decided that it would not get enough traffic.

I think a "Pro Apps" subform in the software area maybe useful as there are alot of questions about final cut, logic, etc. I think it would make the forums a little more organized.

Just my 2 cents..

Yeah that would be pretty cool if it's not a hassle to program.

It's not a hassle. We can observe traffic for those apps to see if it warrants its own forum.

Thanks for the suggestion.

What Pro Apps would you want included in the subforum?

Well if this was to happen I think the prefixes should be something like this:

Final Cut Pro
Motion
DVD Studio Pro
Soundtrack Pro
Final Cut Express
Logic Pro
Logic Express
Aperture
Shake

maybe livetype as well.

Thanks for the list. I'm not sure if we would go with categories or not, at least at first. I'm not expecting traffic to be that huge for awhile.

This would be for Apple Pro Apps.

For now, it would be one forum, call "Pro Apps" or something. I doubt any app in particular would have enough traffic at the moment to justify its own forum. However, if we did implement categories, that might be a good way to group them.
