Hey, all.

I've been trying to do research on whether or not I can use the tunes I cooked up in Soundtrack Pro for a TV Commercial. Anybody know if the Apple Loops bundle is royalty-free or rights-managed?

If you happen to know, could I also impose on you to forward me to the site/information, so I can find out what I need to do to get rights/royalty, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Apple Loops offer you the ability to create your own unique copyright-free jingles for use in your podcast.

I should think not...

As far as I know you are free to use Apple Loops freely so long as you don't copy loops and sell them (and them alone) for profit. So I would figure that for a TV commercial, you'd be fine.
