sync questions

Hello all. This my first post on this forum so I'm not sure if it's in the right section or not. Anyway, I was wondering what the best way to sync to macs is. I run an iBook G4 and a MacBook pro. The mac bookpro acts like a desktop, never leaving the house. While the iBook follows me around all the time. I would like some advice on which sync programs you would recomend. Mainly for working documents and other various files. Also I use quicken and was wondering if it would be possible to have the quicken files sync or would the cause problems in quicken.

Thanks in advance for any input
