QuarkXpress 6 on the mac panther

I am using and all the sudden the program keeps quitting unexpectedly about every 2 minutes and I keep losing work.
Can anyone shed light on this
I am a using mac with Panther OP system

You jumped on the Panther boat too quickly. It's well know that 6.0 has major problems with Panther. The 6.1 update was supposed to fix that. Unfortunently, 6.1 is even worse with Panther IMO. I have seen a couple of users who have had a good experience but the majority are in nightmare ****.

Try the 6.1 update to resolve, but don't expect any miracles. If you absolutely must use QXP (as I do), you may end up going back to Jag with 6.0.
