Awhile ago, I recorded & edited some voice clips on my Dell laptop, then transferred them all over to my Desktop Windows machine. Yesterday, I took them, stuck them all on an external HDD, so that I could put them together with some video in Garage Band.
Now, the thing is, I had recorded most of the voices with the laptop, and had gotten some from somebody else. The ones from the other guy are fine, despite having been edited in the same program (Audacity) and exported to wav format in the same way. However, the ones I had recorded myself don't go into GB right. When I play them in Quicktime, they play at normal speed, but in GB, they go into "Chipmunk" speed.
Does anyone here know what may be causing this, or what I could do to slow them down to proper speed?
