Cache Folder

Hey guys. I am looking through some things, and I found a cache folder in

Users - My Name - Library - Caches.

Is that something I can delete "Like temp internet files" in IE on a PC ? Or is that something I should leave alone?

I only use firefox, and I have it set to clear private data upon close, but was interested in what that folder was.

Let me know. Thanks in advance.

This folder contains caches from all the applications you used. It is OK to remove it (Only the content not the Folder). The best way to manage your cache is, by using an App. similar to Onyx. It comes in handy if you want to get rid of the systemwide cache and other unwanted log files accumulate over time.
