Music DVD compatibility

Hello all
I have made a DVD of an album in my Mac itunes and sent it to a friend of mine. Unfortunately she cannot open it on her PC in itunes for windows.
Any ideas ?

Could you clarify exactly what you mean by "cannot open it on her PC in iTunes for Windows"......

Firstly, when a DVD is inserted the drive icon changes to a disc icon which is the first step in the OS recognising the disc is there.

Secondly, the DVD is able to be opened if the icon is double-clicked on, displaying the DVD's contents.

There are other steps in this process but before anyone can help you, you need to be 100% clear on exactly what your friend experiences when she puts your DVD into her PC's drive.
