I appreciate the response, but none of those applications are really on par with the GoToMyPC.com (Citrix) or WebEx products which provide remote access through a web browser (no client software) and through firewalls and routers.
I provide support for Windows (and now Mac) users so having an application I can use to easily control a clients computer would be of great benefit. I've tested a few programs but only found one so far that does Mac and PC.
