Then get flash after you start to get creative in swish.
Then go to flashkit.com and dowload what other people have made so you can look at the source and get ideas

Looking more closely at it, I don't think it runs on osx, but theres always parrallels or bootcamp... you don't need it, but it helps you to start thinking flash and stop thinking other media.
