Weird Key Symbol that I can't Find on the keyboard.

hey does anyone know where this key is on the keyboard? it looks like this

\_ <<move this to the right a little bit (can't get it right after i post)

looks like a backwards J with no curves..


it's used a couple times in microsoft word...

To this day I still don't get the symbol? Frankly them saying alt or option would be easier than the funky symbol...I mean the least they could do is put the symbol on the key with the rest of it. I see a lot of room for it on the button.

Well I think it's supposed to be a forked path... as in 2 options - hence the option key.

I remember it took me a while to realize ^ was supposed to mean the control key. Since you actually can make a ^ with shift+6, I always thought it wanted me to do that. XD
