Increase size of Windows partition on MBP

G5 1.8GHz, 3GB RAM; Macbook Air
When I set up Boot Camp, I gave the Windows partition 7 GB, but now I want to give it more. How do I do that?

Well I have XP on there now, and I want to install Vista RC1, and it says you need a 30 GB hard drive with 15 GB free. If I erase the current XP partition and create a new one, can I install Vista directly, or will I need to reinstall XP then upgrade?
