USB Audio Driver - what's the deal?

Ok - so I installed macam - no problem.
Except no audio.

So I looked it up in the help - and it said "Audio is not handled by the driver but by Mac OS X's own USB audio drivers. Please look into the documentation there."

Ok - so I tried to look into that and I came up with absolutely nothing.

So - what exactly am I suppose to do? Download a seperate usb audio driver? If so- from where?

Ok, after hours of reading and searching and so on I think I understand how it works ... the audio does pick up, it just isn't recorded through the macam program.

So - now I'm just trying to figure out how to record the video and the audio together, or how to record them seperately and then combine them.
