I can get a better computer for the a better price, in about 5-6 months I might end up if they dont update the iMac in a while, Ill end up with this computer:

If that's a 24" iMac you could probably get it for cheaper through the refurb store in less than 5-6 months. :c)

Im getting the 20"
Can I seriously get a 24" iMac (Same Specs) for cheaper in a couple months?

Sorry, I didn't notice you mentioned the 20-inch on there.

Refurbed computers usually start showing up on the apple store site after a couple months for a few hundred dollars below new computers. I doubt the 24's price will be as low as the 20", but you'd be able to get your ideal (refurbished) 20" for $1900 or so by that time.

Go to the Apple Store, see the left column and scroll down till you see the header "Speical Deals". There you'll find Refurb.

Refrubished means it's a used or older item that's been cleaned up and 3refrubished* to new-ness by Apple. It's as good as buying a new piece, basically.

A refebbished computer is one that was either owned by some one and then returned, a demo model or an old model.

After apple gets them they run tests on them, fix them up and fry and resell them.

Can some one please correct me if i'm wrong..
