making iChat Video look cool

In what demos? The one on Apple's leopard preview page is showing off features of iChat 4, which will be released next year.

For the time being, you can check out ChatFX.

Yeah, my bad. Anyway, I figured out a couple things, my only other question is on resolution. How do I get a better quality picture. Is there a different compression I can use?
