Mixing MP3 files

Hi
Anyone know any good mac software that allows the user to mix 2 mp3 files (like a dj mix) and create one track?

you could do it in GarageBand, but it'd depend on a few things whether or not it would be too time consuming....

will garageband load on to my iBook G3 700 mhz?

I would love to put iLife 06 on but it says it will only work on G4??????
