Well an employee of mine told me he was looking for his first computer. So today after work I took him to the new Apple store on 5th ave and he decided on a white MacBook.

Now....The thing is he speaks English but Spanish is his native language. I have already figured out how to put OSX into Spanish but I am looking for maybe some online guides or something in Spanish that can help learn how to really use his first computer.

If anyone has any advice or anything that could be of use it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I would love to help, but I don't speak spanish making it hard for me to judge what tutorials are good and accurate, and what are not good. Hopefully somebody else at these forums will know.

Hi John,

If you go to the official apple website which should be in Spanish if I did my linking correctly, your friend hopefully will find answers to his questions...

I notice that the Support tab is still in english but if you click any links there the linked page should be translated into spanish.

You can also go to Google Translate , type in the url of any other web page you want tranlsated, set the translation pull-down menu to your choice and click on translate.

So you and your friend can sort out some helpful websites, copy the URL address and Paste it into the Google Translate page.:dive:
