Microsoft Outlook to Entourage or Mail/ Address Book/ iCal

In the mac store and at home on my iMac
A family member of mine uses Microsoft Outlook for Contacts, Mail and Calendars. She has been offered a Macbook for free! (as a replacement for a broken laptop from best buy)

If she accepts the offer, I will need to move all the mail, contacts and calendars. She will also need to be able to sync her palm tungstan t.

Can some one tell me which program(s) to use and how to do the move.
