converting .wmv to .mp4

hello -

first, i apologize for asking so many questions on this board... but you guys are all really helpful. simple question (i hope) what programs work to convert .wmv to .mp4 (or any other itunes compatible movie file)? as well, do any of you have a program that can download videos from google, youtube, etc.? i apologize if this is the wrong forum to post in, but im still in the process of switching, so i figured why not? also... preferrably free programs! thanks...

Nothing free but Flip4Mac for wmv -> mp4 and TubeSock for youtube/google

Get either Flip4Mac or iSquint

EDIT: Darn, both have been suggested, I say iSquint does it easiest.
