If i got a fine for not having valid rail ticket, Should I get microsoft pay for it??

Micrsoft can't be held responsible for that. It's in the EULA. But You train company is not customer friendly if it troubles you like that. And they're stupid not to use some simple OS on the ticket machine instead of a full-fledged windows.

if they get a more frendly os like osx then we cannot use the excuse the machine was broken
